Terms of purchase

These terms apply when you buy printed cards or Premium from Overrask. They apply together with our terms of use and our privacy policy.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices include VAT.
• In Sweden you pay in Swedish kronor. Outside Sweden you pay in euros.
• The total price, including shipping and discounts, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your card details.
• When your purchase is complete you get a confirmation by email.

3. Printed cards

• Shipping is paid by you. It is calculated at checkout by country, number of cards and shipping method, and is always shown before you pay.
• If you have a discount code, it is applied at checkout.

The card is printed with your message and a QR code that leads to your digital card. You can send the cards to yourself or directly to one or more recipients.

4. Delivery

• The cards are printed and shipped by our print partner Printful.
• The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on country and shipping method.
• When the card has shipped you get a tracking number by email.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we always help you sort them out.

5. Cancelling an order and right of withdrawal for printed cards

• You can cancel an order under My orders until printing has started. You then get your money back.
• The cards are made to your specifications and are clearly personalised. Therefore the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once printing has started.

6. Complaints

Is the card damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered when it arrives? Contact us as soon as you notice, preferably with a photo. You have the right to complain about defects under Swedish consumer law (konsumentköplagen).

7. Premium

• Premium is charged automatically every month until you cancel.
• No minimum term and no notice period.
• You cancel yourself under Premium in your account. Premium then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
• What is included is listed on the Premium page.

8. Right of withdrawal for Premium

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you start Premium. At purchase you expressly ask for Premium to start immediately. If you withdraw, you therefore pay for the days you have used.

• You withdraw under Premium in your account, or by emailing [email protected].
• You get back the monthly price minus the days you have used and minus the discount you have received on printed cards during the period.
• The amount is shown before you confirm and is refunded to the same card within 14 days.

Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. If you cancel, Premium continues until the end of the period, without a refund.

9. Disputes

We always want to solve problems directly with you, so please contact us. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. Swedish law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection in your country.
